At Nirae Beauty, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, returns are limited.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following situations:
- The product received is damaged
- The product received is defective
- The wrong product was delivered
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened products
- Products without original packaging
- Products purchased during special sale or promotional offers (unless damaged)
- Personal care items once opened due to hygiene reasons
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:

2. Provide:
- Order number
- Product name
- Clear images of the product and packaging
3. Our support team will review the request.
If approved, instructions for return or replacement will be provided.
4. Condition for Return
Returned products must be:
- Unused
- In original packaging
- With all labels intact
